Description
The intention for this workshop is to provide an opportunity to practice all aspects of working in the sand. Participants will increase their capacity to be present, gain confidence in gently guiding the process, and deepen their understanding.
This 2-day intensive draws on the expertise of each participant to refine and integrate the basic knowledge and skills necessary for sandtray clinical practice. Through practice sessions, reflection, inquiry, and discussion participants will engage the sandtray process through multiple layers of learning. Participants will have opportunities to demonstrate their clinical skills and provide effective feedback to colleagues for the purpose of enriching everyone’s understanding of this work. The deepening journey is as much about skill development as exploring one’s own work in the tray.
This workshop may be repeated as often as desired.
