Description: A creative art making exploration of desire. Allow your imagination to wander into realms of the sensual nature of spring – the awakening of longing that unfurls in the shade like a tender fern frond or opens boldly with the lushness of the peony.
Make dioramas, collages, an art journal or other creation that represents what some element of desire. This playful afternoon can hold the spectrum from innocent to provocative intimacies. Veiled, double entendres, visceral, tender, practical – whatever emerges from within.
We will have available a range of boxes, paper, images (including some nudity) and other art materials. Bring whatever additional items you’d like to use or share.
