Cancellation Policy
We acknowledge that best laid plans don’t always work; somethings are beyond our control. Please be advised of the following polices regarding cancellations and refunds:
- If you make your request for cancellation, by email or voicemail, no later than 21 days prior to the start of the workshop 75% of your registration fee will be reimbursed. You may transfer/ sell your enrollment to another qualified person at anytime.
- As a general rule, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions or cancellation requests initiated within 21 days of your scheduled workshop. Inner Resources Training Institute has the discretion to issue a refund or a credit for valid emergencies such as sudden illness, death, or national emergency .
- Inner Resources Training Institute reserves the right to cancel any training due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be refunded the full amount of your registration fee. Liability for cancellations is limited to the cost of the registration fee. Inner Resources is not responsible for other expenses incurred by the customer, such as lodging and travel.
Scholarships and student discounts
A limited number of scholarships and student discounts are available upon written request. We believe in giving back, in nourishing those whose work is difficult and underpaid, or for those still in school. Students please use the coupon code Student to receive a 20% discount. For all other discount requests, please write a letter stating why you believe you qualify and send it to Heather Maritano at our office address or via email.
Continuing Education
Inner Resources Training Institute is an approved provider for:
The Indiana Social Workers, Marriage & Family Therapist, and Mental Health Counselor. Boards have approved this organization to provide category 1 continuing education units for LSWs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and LMHCs. Provider # 98000765A
Association for Play Therapy Approved Provider #07-200
NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7363. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified.
To ensure you that the credits you receive are applicable for your purposes, please contact the agencies for which you are seeking credit directly. You must attend the entire session to receive credit, no partial credit will be issued. Inner Resources Training Institute follows all CE guidelines and maintains responsibility for the program.
Photographic Release
I hereby give my consent for Inner Resources Training Institute to use the participant’s photograph and likeness in any and all forms of media for advertising, trade and all other lawful purposes.
It is understood that at no time will photographs be used that depict the personal process, images, or creations of any participant or client, without specific request and consent.

Grievance Policy
Inner Resources seeks to ensure equitable treatment of every person and to make every attempt to resolve grievances in a fair manner.
