Nourishment

Lunch: Nurturing vegetarian lunch is provided, prepared based on the dietary preferences sheets that are returned.

Drinks & Snacks: We have cold water, sparkling water, an assortment of teas and instant espresso packets. Fruit, veggies, crackers, cheese, nuts & dark chocolate provided along with our main lunch and dessert.

What is provided

  • a white bowl
  • paints, brushes, glue, variety of golds to cover the cracks
  • tea candles, matches
  • hammer
  • variety of art supplies for use

What to Bring

  • a favorite journal and pen
  • a few items to place on an altar – this can be whatever you need for strength and/ or something to remind you of that which needs to be repaired, let go, or remembered.
  • any art supplies, paints, items you like for decorating the pieces of your bowl
  • a sense of curiosity and compassion for your own process

This is a relaxed training environment in which we are using paints so wear comfy clothes that can get messy!
