This schedule identifies the general flow for our time. There will be adjustments, and more free time on your own than is indicated in this format. This is the scaffold as we move into the specific preparations for our time together.
DETAILS TO NOTE:
We will be asking that cell phones and other technology not be used during our time together. We will have emergency contact available via cell at 812-323-8230 or 812-322-1576, you can share these numbers with whomever might need to reach you.
Everything you need will be provided – linens, art supplies, journals, pens, yoga mats & props, meals & snacks. If you have preferred items for yoga or writing, by all means bring them.
Be prepared that we will enter into silence on Saturday evening at sunset and not re-emerge until Sunday morning. This silence will be bookended by 2 types of meditation walks.
