This schedule identifies the general flow for our time. There will be adjustments. This is the scaffold as we move into the specific preparations for our time together.
Heather is working on getting a masseuse to give chair massages – fingers crossed!

DETAILS TO NOTE:

We ask that cell phones and other technology not be used during our time together.

Everything you need will be provided – linens, art supplies, journals, pens, yoga mats & props, meals & snacks. If you have preferred items for yoga, stretching or writing, by all means bring them.

Optional things to consider bringing: A camp style chair for outdoor seating, a beanbag of easy to load comfy chair for reading – there are only 2 couches for cozy sitting in the main room, bug spray.

Be prepared that we will enter into silence on Saturday evening after dinner and not re-emerge until Sunday morning. This silence will be bookended by 2 types of meditation walks.
